【Job Requirements】

 1、Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in medicine, biomedical engineering, marketing, or related fields；

3、Proficient in using centralized procurement bidding systems from various regions across the country, skilled in operating online systems, and possessing certain data analysis capabilities；

4、Having a certain understanding of the medical device industry and experience in bidding and tendering is preferred；

2、 Medical Device Market Access Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1、Complete the bidding and admission process for relevant products to ensure their smooth entry into the market.

2、Based on the strategic planning and annual plan of the marketing department and sales business team, develop the company's product market recruitment standard plan and clarify the annual work objectives.

3、After the product is launched, the responsible companies in various provinces across the country will be listed on their production platforms to ensure that the products can be put on the shelves for sale in a timely manner。

 4、Organize and coordinate the bidding and tendering working group to manage the entire process of bidding and procurement, and solve the problems of national bidding and procurement access。

5、Responsible for understanding policies related to provincial-level quantity based procurement and alliance quantity based procurement projects, predicting and formulating strategies, organizing responses, etc., to ensure the smooth entry of company products into the procurement list.

6、Responsible for policy training and mentoring for the sales business team and internal bidding specialists, improving the overall quality and ability of the team.

7、Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor's degree or above, medical background is preferred, with at least three years of experience in medical device bidding and tendering; 

2. Familiar with the medical device bidding policies and bidding workflow of each province (city);

3. Familiar with operating medical device bidding and trading systems in various provinces (cities);

4. Experience in centralized procurement of high-value peripheral consumables is preferred;

5. Has good communication and coordination skills, as well as strong language expression abilities;

3、 Medical Device Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales of the company's medical device products in designated areas, achieving sales targets, and expanding the market in the responsible area

1. Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies within the responsible area to achieve sales target2. Responsible for developing market customers, understanding customer needs, providing professional product information, and establishing good cooperative relationships3. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, increasing product awareness, and promoting sales;4. Responsible for drafting and signing sales contracts, as well as tracking orders and providing after-sales service;

5. Responsible for training and guiding sales personnel within the responsible area to improve their sales capabilities and performance6. Responsible for collecting and organizing market information within the responsible area, providing the company with market conditions and sales forecasts; 7. Responsible for marketing and promoting the company's products within the designated area.

Job Requirements：

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, medicine, etc. Excellent education can be relaxed;

2. More than 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, familiar with the industry market and sales models;

3. Experience in consumables sales in the peripheral and vascular intervention fields is preferred, with keen market insight and sales forecasting ability;

5. Proficient in commonly used office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc;

    4、 Process Engineer

Job Description:

1. The establishment of process documents, process confirmation, process determination and verification work before the production of new products, as well as the standardization of the production process;

2. Lead the design of molds, fixtures, and jigs required in the production process, and address technical issues encountered during their use;

3. Production of human-machine engineering improvement, process layout, and site planning;

4. Continuous improvement work such as mass production, lean production improvement, improving efficiency, yield, and reducing losses

5. Analysis of production anomalies and improvement of technical support;

6. Introduction and continuous improvement of new equipment and processes.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, or other related fields, with priority given to master's degree candidates;

2. 2 years or more of relevant work experience, including 1 year or more of experience in the medical device industry;

3. Familiar with the commonly used production processes of electrolytic polishing, laser cutting, welding, bonding, etc. for three types of medical devices, able to prepare process documents and maintain them continuously;

4. Proficient in using 2D and 3D software for analysis;

5. Good learning and adaptability, strong execution ability, strong resilience and teamwork spirit.

   5、 Medical Device R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for researching and mastering the design theory and technology of medical devices, understanding market demand, participating in product design and development, and ensuring that products comply with regulatory requirements;

2. Responsible for the development, testing, and validation of passive or active medical devices, ensuring product quality and reliability, and submitting corresponding technical reports on time;

3. Maintain good communication with relevant technical experts and teams, participate in technical discussions and exchanges, and continuously improve one's own technical abilities;

4. Responsible for writing relevant R&D documents, including R&D plans, technical reports, testing reports, etc;

5. Participate in project business trips, conduct project development and testing, and summarize and generalize project results.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, mechatronics integration or related fields;

2. About 3 years of experience in the medical industry, with priority given to those with experience in developing passive or active medical devices;

3. Familiar with ISO13485 quality management system and understand the design and development process;

4. Familiar with relevant testing equipment and tools, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, detectors, etc;

5. Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure.
